The Company Behind the Name

Watch Boutique started in Manchester about seven years ago. The first company to trade under the name was The Boutique Manchester Limited (11262588), incorporated in March 2018. Daisy Luxe Limited (14785100) replaced it and is the company you deal with now. We have also used the names The Boutique Manchester and Watch Boutique Manchester, so you may see them on older records. Our old website, theboutiquemanchester.co.uk, now redirects here.

Other businesses use similar names, including shops called The Watch Boutique that sell watches. We are not connected to them. If you are ever unsure who you are dealing with, check the company number, 14785100, on the Companies House register.

The Process

How a Sale Works and How We Keep It Safe

Send the details

Send photos and the model by the form, WhatsApp or phone. Ben replies with a free estimate, usually within hours.

Decide

There is no obligation to accept. If you do, you post the watch by fully insured Royal Mail Special Delivery or arrange an appointment with Ben.

Inspection and final offer

Ben inspects the watch and confirms the final offer. If it differs from the estimate he explains why, and you can say no. A watch you posted is returned insured at no cost to you.

Payment

Once you agree the price, we pay by bank transfer (Faster Payments), usually within minutes. If you meet Ben in person, you are paid before you leave. From first message to payment is typically around two days, sometimes longer.

We ask for photo ID before we buy and charge no fees or commission. Every meeting is by appointment, so contact Ben first.
